HOW TO PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?

1. Go to "MY ACCOUNT" by clicking on the “PROFILE” icon, located on the top right of the website. When you got into the My Account page, you will see "Learn more about pricing", click to go to the SUBSCRIPTION page.
2. You can choose your preferred plan on this page. The available options include monthly or yearly subscriptions for the Gold or Platinum plans, as well as Pass 20, which offers 20 search credits. To proceed, simply click on the card icon.
3. Select your preferred payment method and fill out the information. Before confirming your payment, please double-check that all the details are correct, and then click on the "SUBSCRIBE" button.
You will receive an email confirming the plan and billing date once you have completed the payment!
4. To check your subscription status, return to "MY ACCOUNT" and click on "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION & DOWNLOAD INVOICE" to access the Billing page. On this page, you can view your current plans, payment method, billing information, and billing history.
ECO CAT APP - iPHONE USER
1. Open Eco Cat App and sign in.
2. Select the “MENU” icon.
3. Select the “SUBSCRIPTION PLAN” menu to access the SUBSCRIPTION page.
4. You can choose your preferred plan on this page. The available options include monthly or yearly subscriptions for the Gold or Platinum plans, as well as Pass 20, which offers 20 searching credits.
5. Once you have selected the plan, complete the payment via the Apple Store. Before confirming your payment, please double-check that all the details are correct, and then click on the "SUBSCRIBE" button.
You will receive an email confirming the plan and billing date once you have completed the payment!
6. After completing the payment, please return to the SUBSCRIPTION page and click on "RESTORE PURCHASE" to activate your subscription.
ECO CAT APP - ANDROID USER
1. Open Eco Cat App and sign in.
2. Select the “MENU” icon.
3. Select the “SUBSCRIPTION PLAN” menu to access the SUBSCRIPTION page.
4. You can choose your preferred plan on this page. The available options include monthly or yearly subscriptions for the Gold or Platinum plans, as well as Pass 20, which offers 20 searching credits.
5. Once you have selected the plan, complete the payment via the Google Play Store. Before confirming your payment, please double-check that all the details are correct, and then click on the "SUBSCRIBE" button.
You will receive an email confirming the plan and billing date once you have completed the payment!
6. To check your subscription status, return to the “MENU” icon. Your subscription plan will be displayed there.
